Subscription Terms and Conditions
These Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products through the cellinicaffe.com website to consumers who have joined the "Subscribe and Save" program (hereinafter the "Program" or "Subscription").
For anything not expressly regulated by these conditions, please refer to the General Conditions of Sale available on the Website.
THE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM
"Subscribe and Save" is an indefinite subscription program that provides for the supply of coffee at a predetermined frequency.
There is no minimum duration. The Customer may withdraw from the Program at any time using the methods indicated in the dedicated paragraph.
CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
The Customer can join the Program through the website.
To complete their membership in the Program, the Customer must complete an order directly from the product sheet, indicating:
- The products they wish to include in their subscription from those available for the Program.
- The shipping frequency
Once the first subscription order has been placed, the contract is finalized with the receipt of the confirmation communication of successful Program membership sent via e-mail by cellinicaffe.com, with access to the subscription management portal.
It is possible to access the portal at any time, whether the Customer has an account on the website or not.
If there is an active account, the Customer will find information related to their subscription on their personal page.
If the Customer does not have an account, they will find instructions on how to access their subscription management portal on this page.
PRODUCT FEATURES AND PRICES
Through the Program, it will be possible to purchase only products specifically selected for this purpose and presented as such to the Customer at the time of subscription, through scheduled and recurring orders. Products for which a subscription can be activated have the "Subscribe and Save" option on the product sheet.
There is no minimum number of subscribed products to proceed with the order, and for each product, the desired shipping frequency can be selected based on the available options.
Product prices may be subject to changes and variations during the term of the Subscription. Any changes to the selling prices of products selected by the Customer at the time of joining the Program will be promptly communicated to the Customer via email. The Customer may decide not to accept the change by canceling the Subscription.
In the event that one or more products selected by the Customer at the time of subscribing are temporarily unavailable, the Customer will receive timely notification of unavailability via automatic email.
In these cases, deliveries will be scheduled according to the availability of the selected products, without prejudice to the Customer's right to refuse the change and consequently cancel the Subscription.
In the event that one or more products selected by the Customer at the time of subscribing undergo format changes (to be understood as changes in the number of capsules and/or product quantity contained in a single package), the Customer will receive timely notification of the extent of these changes via email. The Customer may refuse the change and consequently cancel the Subscription.
CHANGES AND TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION
For the entire duration of the Program, the Customer may, at any time and without any additional cost:
- Modify their personal, shipping, and billing data, as well as payment method details;
- Modify the size and assortment of products included in their coffee size; these changes will be reflected in the shipment following the modification.
- Skip or reschedule a shipment without any constraints. During the suspension period, no charges will be made to the Customer's credit card. At the end of the suspension period, shipments and credit card charges will automatically resume.
Modification requests can be made by accessing the user portal before the order is automatically generated. Changes made after this deadline will be considered for subsequent deliveries.
PAYMENT AND INVOICING
The periodic supply of products can only be paid for through monthly debit to cards belonging to the American Express, Visa, or Mastercard circuits.
Furthermore, all financial information will never be used except to complete purchase procedures and issue any refunds.
At any time during the validity period of the Subscription, if the availability of the payment method is not suitable to proceed with one of the scheduled Purchase Orders, no Order will be fulfilled.
Three attempts to debit will be made, after which the subscription will be cancelled.
It will be the Customer's responsibility to provide a new payment method or communicate the restoration of availability of the already selected payment method through the subscription management portal.
PRODUCT SHIPPING
Free shipping for subscription products is guaranteed for orders over €20. Below this threshold, standard rates will apply.
The minimum threshold is valid only for products purchased on subscription and cannot be combined with single purchases.
In case of adding or removing subscription products, the shipping cost will be automatically updated based on the threshold indicated above.
In case of a change in the shipping address, the standard rate will be applied based on the shipping address as follows:
- For shipments to Italy, the shipping cost is €5
- For shipments to Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, the shipping cost is €6.90
- For shipments to the rest of the European Union, the shipping cost is €10
No shipments will be made outside the European Union.
In the case of an order that includes both single purchases and subscription purchases, for single purchases, the standard shipping rates indicated on this page apply.
SUBSCRIPTION DURATION – CANCELLATION
Membership in the Program is indefinite. However, the Customer may cancel the subscription freely and at any time through the subscription management portal. No charges apply in case of subscription cancellation.
Frhome Srl will have the right to terminate the "Subscribe and Save" Program at any time for commercial reasons. In such an event, Frhome Srl will formally notify the Customer of its withdrawal from the Contract with at least 15 days' notice, committing in any case to complete all deliveries scheduled before the effective date of the resulting termination of the contract and correctly paid by the Customer.
