To activate the subscription service, select the blend and subscription plan that suits you directly from the product page, then click on "Subscribe and Save."
You'll benefit from a discounted price and receive your subscribed blend(s) at the frequency you selected (every 30 or 60 days).
You can then modify your subscription at any time.
Free shipping for subscription products is guaranteed for orders over €20.
Below this threshold, standard rates will apply.
NB. The minimum threshold is only valid for products purchased via subscription and cannot be combined with single purchases.
If the product(s) for which you activate a subscription exceed the €20 threshold, shipping will be free not only on the first subscription order, but on subsequent ones as well!
Once you subscribe, you will receive an email to access your portal from which you can manage your subscription.
You can access it at any time from this page, whether you have created a customer account or not. You will find instructions on how to access it on the indicated page.
If you have an account, you will find information about your subscription on your personal page.
Once you have accessed your personal portal, you can make the changes you prefer:
- Modify the products for which you have activated a subscription
- Change the payment method
- Skip or reschedule a shipment
- Suspend or cancel your subscription without any obligation
Once you place your first subscription order, subsequent payments will be automatically processed based on the delivery frequency you selected.
Yes, you can include all the subscription products you want in your order, and for each one, you can select your preferred shipping frequency.
Remember that if the subscription products you select exceed €20, shipping is free for all subscription orders.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your portal as described in the questions above.
Once logged in, you can proceed with canceling your subscription by following the instructions provided on the page.
